DCPS Technical Assistance Hotline
 If your student is experiencing issues with their laptop, please utilize the DCPS hotline below:

Call the hotline at 202-442-5885 to get help with student logins/passwords or other technical issues with accessing learning platforms (i.e., Canvas, Teams) or DCPS-issued device support. Technical assistance is available 24/7 because we know learning at home looks different for every family.

Navigating Canvas
Parents can add their email address to their student's Canvas page. This will allow you to request email notifications when your student misses assignments, an assignment is graded, and more! Learn about this and more in the video and images below from the wonderful Ms. Lee!
